Camp Period: from February 19 to 23, 2024
Location: Aozora St Marks location (238 St Marks Ave, Brooklyn)

The Aozora Mid-Winter Break Camp focuses on cooking yummy food. Chefs from local restaurants and food suppliers come to the classroom and provide the children with demonstrations. The children will also have hands-on cooking experience preparing the food they will eat. The classes are held in Japanese language immersion style. Thus, children will be exposed to and using the Japanese language on the day.

We are very grateful to the participating chefs and restaurants: Acre, My Happy Tummy Club, Wasan, The Last Call, and Hakkoan.

あおぞらミッドウィンターキャンプは、美味しい食べ物のお料理教室です。地域のレストランや食料品店からプロのシェフを招き、教室でお料理デモンストレーションを行います。お料理を体験をした後は、実際に自分で作ったものを食べます。授業は日本語で行われます。

あおぞらでは、美味しいキャンプをサポートしてくださる地域のレストランや食料品店を応援しています：Acre, My Happy Tummy Club, Wasan, The Last Call, Hakkoan.など。

CANCELlATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel your registration, we assess a $150 processing fee for every cancellation processed. In addition, depending on the time of the cancellation, we may issue a refund as follows: (More than 60 days before the camp session start date: 100% refund minus $150 processing fee / More than 30 days before the camp session start date: 50% refund minus $150 processing fee / Less than 20 days before the camp session starting date: No refund for any reason)

Any children who are able to understand Japanese instruction are welcome.
あおぞらプリスクールに参加していないお子さんでもキャンプにはご参加いただけます。
