入学申し込み手続きと流れ

  • 申し込み: 定員になり次第締め切り

  • アセスメント: オンライン予約によるアセスメント

  • アセスメント結果: アセスメント後数日に通知

  • 登録: 学費のご納入・必要書類のご提出にて登録完了

開講クラス

幼稚園児から中学3年生までの生徒。日本継承に限定せず、日本語と日本文化を学ぶ意欲のある生徒を対象とします。（入学前に行われるアセスメントの結果によってはご希望のクラスをご受講いただけない場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。）

登録優先順位

登録は以下の順番で優先となります。
1. 在学生
2. 在学生の兄弟姉妹と卒業生の兄弟姉妹
3. 新規登録児童

ENROLLMENT process and key dates

  • APPLICATION: Rolling enrollment

  • ASSESSMENT: Language Assessment by appointment

  • ADMISSION NOTIFICATION: Within a couple of days after the assessment 

  • ENROLLMENT: Completed by tuition payment and submission of required documents

Eligible to apply 

Kindergarten through 8th grade students who are motivated to learn the Japanese language and culture, with or without Japanese heritage. (Please understand that we may not be able to provide a desired class to all the applicants depending on the assessment result.)

Enrollment priority

Enrollment priority will be given in the order of the following criteria:
1. Returning students
2. Siblings of returning students / alumni families
3. Newly enrolling children

 

 

School Tours

We invite prospective families to visit our school by appointment. We will have small groups of families visit the Clinton location for 40 minutes (a maximum of 10 families per time slot). The tour is designed to enable parents/guardians to see our facilities and a part of an Academy class. Our staff will answer your questions about our programs in-person. 

We also invite busy prospective families to our online info sessions by appointment.
