Core Time (8:30am – 3:00pm):

We offer six camp days during this school year. The discount is available for multiple-day registrations!

1 or 2 Days: $183/day includes lunch

Register for 1 or 2 days and pay the standard rate of $185 per day.

3 or 4 Days: 10% off
($166/day includes lunch)

Register for 3 or 4 days and receive a 10% discount on each day, reducing the daily rate to $166.

5 or 6 Days: 20% off
($149 per day includes lunch)

Register for 5 or 6 days and enjoy a 20% discount on each day, bringing the daily rate down to $149.

Extended Care (3:00pm – 6:00pm):

1 or 2 Days: $60/day includes snack

3 or 4 Days: 10% off
($54.5/day includes snack)

5 or 6 Days: 20% off
($48.5 per day includes snack)

The multiple-day registration discount applies automatically at checkout when you select multiple days. However, they will not apply if you register at separate times.

Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel your child's registration or make a change to their registration schedule, the following fees and refund policies apply:

  1. Refund Requests: A $150 processing fee will be charged for every cancellation or schedule change.

  2. Family Credit Requests: A $50 processing fee will be charged for every cancellation or schedule change.

  3. A child’s registration can be transferred to another child (sibling) in the same family, but cannot be transferred to another family under any circumstances. 

  4. Refunds will not be issued in the event that the class is closed due to any unforeseen government health mandate or snow closure. 

  5. If your child is absent due to sickness, we cannot accept any make-up days or give a tuition refund under any circumstance.

Refunds will be issued based on the timing of the cancellation as follows:

More than 60 days before the camp session start date:

  • 100% refund, minus the $150 processing fee.

  • 100% family credit, minus the $50 processing fee.

More than 30 days before the camp session start date:

  • 50% refund, minus the $150 processing fee.

  • 50% family credit, minus the $50 processing fee.

More than 15 days before the camp session start date:

  • 25% refund, minus the $150 processing fee.

  • 25% family credit, minus the $50 processing fee.

Less than 14 days before the camp session start date:

  • No refund or family credit will be issued for any reason.

Join us for the Aozora's School Year Day Camps! Children will be immersed in Japanese culture and language during the camp as the program is held in Japanese and all of the day-camp themes are specifically selected to deepen the children’s connection and understanding of Japan and Japanese culture. The program is for children from Kindergarten to 5th Grade. All the activities will be held in Japanese. Thus, attending students must be able to understand Japanese instruction. Children will also enjoy freshly prepared lunch served for the camp.

あおぞらスクールイヤー・デイキャンプへのご案内！あおぞらデイキャンプでは、子どもたちが奥深い日本文化に触れ、日本へのつながりを感じてくれるような題材を選びました。クラスは完全に日本語で行われますので、子どもたちは日本語にどっぷり浸かり日本語を練習をすることができます。対象はキンダーから5年生まで。全てのアクティビティは日本語で行われますので、教室内での日本語の指示や会話が理解できることが参加の条件となります。ほかほかで美味しい給食もついてきます。

  • Join us for an engaging and fun-filled Autumn Sports Day Camp, where we explore the vibrant world of Japanese sports, from Undokai to Sumo.

    Campers will challenge themselves across a variety of sports, games, activities and educational topics, as they experience the unique traditions of Japanese sports festivals. They’ll learn about Japan’s national sport: Sumo, including a hands-on game with paper sumo wrestling, explore traditional Japanese martial arts, and reflect on the values of teamwork, cooperation, and sportsmanship. All while enjoying the glorious days of autumn.
