Our Miso-making Workshop is $5 per family. Chef Natsuko will lead us on how to prepare the ingredients and make the miso at home. Please complete the form below and we will send you an invoice for the workshop fee. The kits are now SOLD OUT, but you can purchase ingredients from local stores.
